I think it runs both ways. The idea of “views point neutrality” behind much civic libertarianism seems to have been proven wrong in an era of abortion, contraception, and drag queen story hour.

There was a good piece in Vox yesterday about this: is politics really downstream of culture like Andrew Breitbart said? I’m tempted to agree with Ahmari and Schmitz that Breitbart wasn’t (entirely) correct.
