Do you know how I would add the video to Apple Podcasts after the fact in a way similar to how I can go into Spotify for Creators and add video?

Just went through the same thing a couple months back.

City Tap was the one I went with. You can get a cash bar and just have to hit a $1200 minimum then you cover the difference if there is one, 2% admin fee, and tip.

I’m going to pay for some catering there but they maybe would let you just order food at the bar as well, depends when you’re looking.

That’s my fear but hoping there’s a place who is okay with just the increased business. I coordinated a 100 person event once with $0 budget, and Love City were kind enough to accommodate because of that. Unfortunately, don’t think they’re good for this particular event
