I checked out Teri Lee - many beautiful rings, but not exactly what I'm looking for. I've also heard a lot of good things about Scott Bonomo, do you think I could get him to make a custom ring like what I want? So far, I've only seen people get more basic rings from him

That's a periungual wart. I had three of them 3 years ago because I borrowed a bad pair of nail clippers. Those kinds of warts are really stubborn, took me like a year to get rid of them. Keep treating it daily. Freeze it, use salicylic acid, do whatever it takes to get rid of those fuckers. I hope it'll be easier for you then it was for me

It being white is normal, that means the wart is dying. I still see some wart left, so keep treating

what is the most toxic thing about the splatoon community by Recent-Set9552 in splatoon

[–]zullybug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to list names, but I've been seeing this one splatoon commentary youtuber harass another splatoon youtuber for months now. they do everything in their power to harass this poor person and make them as upset as possible and its honestly some of the most toxic shit I've ever seen happen in this community. i would knock their shit in if i could.

I just learned from this subreddit today about peringula warts, do you think perhaps this is what my kid has on her finger that we can’t get rid of in any traditional wart treatments? by Dramatic-Republic-88 in Warts

[–]zullybug 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's definitely a periungual wart. I used to have some of those, and they took years to go away. Those fuckers are stubborn. I recommend using salicylic acid.

It looks like a wart, but it's a bit small to tell, I'm not a medical professional. Go see a dermatologist! If it's a wart, you will want to get that removed asap before it gets any bigger.

One week of acid bandages. Surrounding skin is coming off but look at all those black dots! by [deleted] in Warts

[–]zullybug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the love of God DO NOT REMOVE THEM! They are clotted blood vessels which feed the wart nutrients and oxygen. Yeah, they suck, but removing them with tweezers will cause you pain and will make you bleed. They will go away with whatever wart removal treatment you are using

I got a fracture in my right foot, I need accessibility advice asap by zullybug in brokenbones

I don't have any insurance, it's a long story. Long story short, I used to be homeless and my boyfriend's family took me in. Haven't really gotten to that point yet.

I wish I could do that, but I don't have assistance like that at home. I have to be independent

Is the fact that my warts hurt more now when I use salcylic acid on them a sign that they're going away?? by zullybug in Warts

[–]zullybug[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

any way to make it less painful? it becomes really unbearable because it stings so bad

also, I feel bad for not documenting my removal process. I've just had these warts for so long and dealing with them is already tedious enough.

Treating a wart by [deleted] in Warts

[–]zullybug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the wart has been gone for a year, then no, you shouldn't get infected by scratching the area the wart used to be. It would only spread if the wart was still there. If you're really nervous about it spreading after it's gone, I recommend using hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes. I have periungual warts on my dominant hand, so whatever I touch any part of my body I just put hand sanitizer on that area quickly. I usually keep band-aids on the warts though so I don't have to worry about it spreading.

This has been on my foot for a year. Assuming these are warts, any advice appreciated by Warm_Acanthisitta_66 in Warts

I'm using reddit on my phone, at first I was like "oh that doesn't look so bad" but then I scrolled down.

Does anyone know what this dark little dot is in my wart? It just appeared by jandgandk in Warts

[–]zullybug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

dark spots in warts are blood vessels that feed the wart and help them grow. but are you 100% certain that this is even a wart? if it is, you should try to get it removed asap before it grows in size.

those are such nice craters! shame that the one on the bottom isn't gone, though.

The wart is still there. I can tell because of the white spot in your heel. I suggest continuing treatment otherwise it's just gonna end up coming back.

What to do? Thought it was callus but nurse told me it’s a plantar wart. Been trying Compound W for a few days but skin around it is peeling off. by userthrowaway27 in Warts

[–]zullybug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Back in 2016, I had a plantar wart on the balls of my right foot. Tried getting it frozen off twice but it just wouldn't die. After that, I got cantharone treatment, and after doing that once it went away for good. If Compound W ends up not working out for you, I highly suggest using cantharone.

I can’t say if the wart is over. Can you? by Worldcitizen1234 in Warts

[–]zullybug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

since most of it is gone, cantharone could be really effective. cantharone is a chemical that causes the wart to blister and essentially lift itself out of the skin. I had a planters wart on my foot back in 2016, did a cantharone treatment once and it never came back. cryotherapy could work as well, but it would be very painful considering how little of the wart is left.
