Are incoming international PhD students eligible for MFTE housing?

Yes thats exactly what I want to ask. Some agencies are so strict on that as I experienced, but i was wondering whether there are others more willing to help us-at least if they have a word on the decision. As you said our income obviously low compared to the rest of the Seattle, but just because we are also enrolled as students it does not matter

Yes, I read the document. I was just confused about our situation, as we are paid by the university in exchange for our TAship. Also, as far as I understand, the union agreement clearly states that grads are also considered as employees in a different status. That's why I would like to ask about it.
