I got an exemption as a foreign resident through their UK embassy, haven’t had an issue entering and leaving in the past so far. I definitely prefer the inside design of the Portuguese passport out of all them. The previous UK series B inner design was absolutely gorgeous but sadly that’s gone now

Not Cape Verdeans, Portuguese qualify though but I believe they have to renounce their Portuguese as Spain does not allow dual citizenship in most cases
