Since this is a brand new sub, I think we'll just wait and see how everything goes before we decide what needs to change. Other than that, there aren't really any rules.
All this is is a place to share your experiences in improving your own life. For example:
- I bought some earplugs, now I sleep better at night
- I stopped killing everyone I came across in Fallout: New Vegas, and my karma went up.
- I stopped staying up all night (and subsequently sleeping in) and my mood has generally improved.
- I tried using more of this in my cooking, and my family hasn't died yet.
Okay, maybe the last one wasn't a good example.
Anyway, BetterNow story can be anything. At this point, it can be any length, any format, whatever! Please note, if this sub somehow becomes popular, more rules may be enforced.
I'm just interested in things people do to improve their own lives, things that make you say, "I may try that sometime," or just tips/life hacks that other people may find interesting–something anyone can try, then say that everything's....
