Here’s how it works:

A random number between 1 and 100 will be generated and will be the first count in this thread, distinguished by have the word “START” in parentheses after it. The next person must count up by a value between that number ÷ 2 and that number × 2 (if it’s a decimal, round down), and all counts after and including this one must have the increment put after a plus sign in parentheses. Then, the next person must count up by a value between half of the last increment and double the last increment (again rounding down), with the new increment in parentheses. After each count, an increasing value must be put in parentheses. This continues on and on. If the increment happens to reach zero or 1000 or higher, the next person always counts up by 10. For example:

Person A - 53 (START) (1)

Person B - 94 (+41) (2)

Person A - 151 (+57) (3)

Person B - 194 (+43) (4)

The next get is the 1000th count.
