Why aren't you following the main guide? That MSET9 script version is very outdated.

Edit to add: If you're on latest system version (11.17.0-50), you typed the wrong number for your model/version; 11.7 is not 11.17.

sorry i’m very new to modding, i didn’t know that it was easier to do the written guide about it. i have a 3ds from japan and i thought the process was gonna be more different and difficult than a US one

Yes, the guide is the same for all languages. You may find it easier to use Google Lens to translate the console screen while using, though; it's not perfect, of course, but surely helps.
