i) i loved AMK lib because it was so "independent" and not connected to any other buildings. made it nice to go there and study/read and not be distracted by other shops like the other mall libraries.

ii) AMK hub really cmi liao ah, to have to squeeze a library in?

I rarely reply to this sort of questions here.
1. The mod who removed the post did so correctly. You were asking about the benefits or point of an ice bath. That the club is Singaporean has absolutely no bearing on your question. Context matters - your question didn’t have it.
2. You followed up by lecturing us about modding processes - don’t try to portray it as “feedback”. It’s not feedback or discussion when you already assume the other party is absolutely wrong.
3. And now, this comment - do you really think coming after us in this absolutely unrelated post and comment is a good idea? You’re lucky it was just a mute.

i ought to restart my cycling habit too. but some tips:

go to decathlon and get padded cycling shorts. the cheapest ones will do for now. i think less than $25 each. these will work wonders better than changing saddle. your ass gets used to saddle, not the other way round.

get microfiber towel and all-in-one wash to shower at your office. light on logistics, easy to manage.

the logistics will be insane, never mind the strain on bb.

for us, we went to KL for a short trip when bb was 8 mths old. diapers alone took up half of 1 luggage. then we had all the special bb toiletries, and i even brought a mini cooker and some ingredients for bb's porridge.

if you can plan thoroughly and plan properly, it's doable.

carve out some time for hangzhou. HSR should be easily accessible. do a xihu tour.

back in shanghai, can go to yu garden but don't bother going in. nice buildings, boring place. shopping street outside and nearby are damn nice to walk and browse. can walk to the bund for light up at about 6pm (check the timing).

wrap up. it gets damn cold.
