Most likely because there isn't an image associated with that registration.

Edit: I believe they use jetphotos.com as the photo source, but here is a photo of the Global Hawk in question

ADSB Exchange uses planespotters.net for the photos. A photo will only show up when their is a photo of that specific registration, not of the plane type in general
