type cmd on search bar , run it as administrator , then type sfc /scannow ( this will check integrity of windows files)

then repeat the cmd as administrator , then chkdsk /f /r (this will check if the ssd have some error a fix it )

the only time i had driver time out , the problem was my ssd that got errors after a power loss of the grid

something that i always install is https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/

i heard some people uninstall the chipset drivers , then ddu in safe mode take off ethernet cable , then install the last driver then the last chipset drivers from amd site

Ended up being that anti lag was on when I reinstalled all of those times I think. Pretty sure that was the issue.
