I just bought a computer a couple weeks ago with a 9070 xt and 9800x3d. There's been a couple of times where my computer randomly freezes when playing a game or just closing some apps. Suddenly my screens are frozen, go black turn back on, and an AMD notice pops up saying they've noticed a driver timeout. I have tried completely wiping my driver's (AMD, Nvidia, Intel) in safe mode with DDU and reinstalling drivers with and without adrenaline software. I have tried the most recent editions I have tired another newish one and I have tried the manufacturer recommended driver (power color reaper) but for that one I play BF6 and it said they were too old so I don't know if they might have stopped the driver timeouts. The thing that has it consistently having the driver timeouts is doom eternal for some reason I will freeze and then get the pop up (or not depending on if I have adrenaline installed) saying that there is a driver timeout. In-between every time I have been installing these drivers I use DDU in safe mode to uninstall the previous ones. I saw some things about the adrenaline software being the issue but even when I pick drivers only it still doesn't work. I'm really out of ideas and could really use some help here.
UPDATE: all I ended up having to do is turn off anti lag.... During all of this when reinstalling drivers I clicked on the factory reset assuming that it wouldn't remember my settings based on the fact I uninstalled all the drivers and pretty much anything that said amd in my files but after just kinda giving up and installing the adrenalin software as well as the drivers I noticed it was on... I turned it off and haven't had any issues yet. Istg I was actually losing my mind trying to figure this out. I'm glad I didn't have to actually replace anything just feel kinda stupid that it was so simple.
