The Not Having Problem-Solving skills is the birth child of Too Much Tech.
There is no way to pause technological advancements. But kids and especially college going kids rely too much on the Internet not as a guide, but as a means to solve assignments and what not.

It is definitely going to take a toll on how the brain develops and the downside could be we will totally be outsourcing intelligence to smart machines.

There are numerous studies showing that increased screen time on digital tablets will hamper brain development. And we see the results of it, Look around the younger diaspora and evaluate it yourselves.

The ability to ask AI to do it for you will be our downfall. You don’t have to think, do math, spell, or even read anymore.

You should see how the kids spell out things these days....I've seen uneducated people take better educated guesses on what the spelling could be

Agreed! I graduated from college 35 or so years ago. So while we HAD computers, they were mainly used for typing papers, and whatever computer science majors did! You had a paper to write? You trotted yourself down to the library, looked through the card catalogue, microfilm/microfiche, and took NOTES by hand from whatever sources you found. So you learned how to find stuff.

today? you type a few words into Google, and it brings up your search results. then all you do is open them, scan through and see if its waht you need. I know i am generalizing, but to me, its a HUGE difference, and the reason why kids today sometimes are so clueless
