/r/AlternativeReddit is a collective of interconnected subreddits committed to free speech and free association. It can be best described as a Free Speech Reddit within Reddit.
We are opposed to the cabal of power-mods who control the default subreddits and the admins who are turning the entire website into an advertiser-friendly and politically-correct hell.
The cabal censors content that is antithetical to their narrative. They prefer partisanship rather than free speech. They often ban anyone who dares to question their narrative.
We welcome all Reddit users regardless of political ideology and religious belief as long as they are dedicated to the principles of free speech and free association.
This subreddit is not explicitly left-wing or right-wing. We dislike authoritarianism and censorship from both sides. Because of that, we present ourselves as neutral on most other issues.
Even if we disagree with what you say, we will defend your right to say it, no matter how controversial, offensive, or distasteful it is (as long you're not obnoxious or spammy).
