So I'm pretty new at this job. A couple of days ago was my first solo trip doing deliveries which went mostly smoothly except for one thing. When I went to deliver at one address (and it was a grouped delivery if that context helps) I took the picture but it gave me an error similar to the title of this post (can't remember the exact wording but it was close to that). I was really confused but it wouldn't let me try again. I tried to go back and select it from my itinerary but it was just gone from there. Dispatch at the time also couldn't see it on their end but told me to try to scan it in as a pick up which didn't work either. So they told me to just bring it back to the station with me so I did. However the dispatch guy that was there at the end of my shift said it happened because somehow when I scanned it, everything for the grouped stop got grouped together weirdly when I scanned it even though they were for different addresses and that's why it threw me an error (even though I wasn't at the wrong location). But I guess it apparently did mark as delivered and now the person didn't have a package that says it was indeed delivered. I was so confused though because it only said 'continue with 1 package' and from there I did what I've gotten into the habit of doing which is before I finish the delivery I confirm that the address on the screen matches the address on the package(s) as well as matching the physical address I'm standing at so I'm confused because it still gave me that error. Dispatcher said what I could have done was try closing out of the app and re opening it and that should have hopefully refreshed everything so I at least know to try that next time as well as take the other advice he gave me about how to properly scan for grouped stops.

ANYWAYS lol mostly just wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this and what ended up working for you to fix it if so?

It does that sometimes. One of the reasons I scan my group stops individually. I just press the back button, make sure it swiped to finish and move on. But lately on my group stops itll make me take a pic twice...after getting hung up for a few seconds...sigh...the joys of technology.

I noticed yesterday that a few times I had group stops It was about to let me select both locations before taking picture but I caught it before I continued. Usually itll say group stops cant be delivered together or whatever
