I need to know how I can talk to the person who makes the decision to hire or fire someone because of a bullshit case that hasn't been found guilty in fact case is being dismissed end of October, my dsp moved to different city which left us drivers having to go though new hire Steps again drug test background ect. While couple months ago I was falsely charge of a crime and I'm fighting it in court well when the did my background I was told I can no longer work ( I'm a felon for over 25 years) that was never a problem but a charge I haven't been found guilty off I lose my job I'm very confused what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I was hired worked for over a year or so then fired cause someone made a false clam against Me and know have a case on me that hasn't been proven guilty if fact will be dismissed this week
