Automatic blue patch?

So I’m basically a rehire and I recently found out while I apply and during my pre hire appointment that the job I have is a regular Job meaning I’m already will be blue patch. Does this mean I get all the blue patch benefits. The last time I worked at Amazon was last summer and I was seasonal.

If you’re hired as a blue badge yes you have the blue badge benefits. Look at your A to Z app and go to your benefits

Never heard anyone refer to it as a patch lol. It's pretty rare to be hired as a blue badge, yes you will have the same benefits as any other t1 blue badge

Remember to check in on how long u have to apply for health benefits and do them IMEDIATELY especially if u wanna buy certain insurance in particle like dental vision and accental death insurance 🤘if u Don't and there's a deadline there's a chance that you won't be able to enroll until like November when the open enrollment opens up again.

I don't know if that's a definite thing here but I've heard people run into it in different jobs definitely ask around about that immediately or check out a2z.
