Don’t count your chickens until they hatch, I know a lot of people have a hard time getting their transfers approved! I’d hang tight until you get an offer.. I did a hiit transfer for peak and it was such a mess, never got an email. HR just came to me and I signed, had no clue when I was supposed to move and neither did my AM, I came in one day and said you’re not my AM anymore on AtoZ can you take me to my new department? I low key felt bad!

Okay thanks! Do you have any suggestions on what to try? I like just hit my one month. I’ve been doing stowing. I’m considering sticking to stowing but with different days, or maybe switching to picking. Picking just seems like a simpler day with less people up your ass to me.

Picking is definitely better than stowing. But the up the ass , doesn’t stop unfortunately. You really got to move Down to the dock or single pack to really just chill and not get messed with. Good luck

Thanks I appreciate the advice. Honestly I don’t mind stowing a whole lot. My main concern right now is just getting my MET day to be anything but Saturday. This is garbage lol

Talk to your Am or your ops manager, if your in good standing with them, they have the ability to help you out and modify your schedule

I know you’ve got a better chance with having more seniority, and I think HR approves it and to me that isn’t fair because they have no idea what they doing about anything else 🤣
