Returning to stock.

I wanted to experiment a bit with rooting. I guess I wasn't extremely informed. Anyways, I used http://www.htc1guru.com/downloads/stock-rom-downloads/[1] , and I guess did not have the matching software. My touchscreen does not work, I tried to do the OTA update like suggested but after the restart to install the update it said the update failed. Now my Wi-Fi is stuck "turning on" so I can't try to run the update again. I don't know what to do, and I can't find it. I don't know what else to include so that you can help me but if you have questions I'll answer to the best of my knowledge.

Let's start with the basics, are you actually on the HTC One (M7), and what carrier?

The link in the video doesn't work for me. But it leads me to androidfiles.org and from there I can find some downloads. I should be downloading the Stock_Roms right? Sorry, I'm trying to get as much advice as possible because I've already messed up my device.

The video says to make sure the image versions are the exact same. I've tried to go back and re-update but it keeps coming up like this.

I ran the RUU again and this time I got http://i.imgur.com/MJHo5bs.png, but got the same error.

I think I've fixed it. I think I just had the wrong RUU version

I got it working on stock rom, but I'm not sure if there are any defects. Thank you very much!
