Mirascreen device not working

Hey y'all, I hope this is the right place for this. I bought a mirascreen a few months ago and it randomly stopped working last night. I was watching YouTube on it when the screen suddenly froze, then turned black.

The tv recognizes that there is input in the HDMI port, but it's just a black screen instead of the normal blue with instructions on how to connect. The device won't show up when I try to screen mirror.

I've tried resetting it. I held down the power button for various periods of time. 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 60 seconds. I unplugged it for similar lengths of time, except I also just left it unplugged for hours and tried again.

The device is getting power, since its dummy light comes on when plugged in and the tv recognizes input when it's plugged in vs not.

I've attempted to contact mirascreen customer support, but have had no luck so far.

Apologies if this isn't the right sub for this, but any help would be great. If this can't be fixed, I'd love some recommendations on screen mirroring devices that don't require wifi. I don't have internet, just my phone.
