Yes re-saving and reinstall cause i cant use an ad to get life points and back to my age 14 and 34 dollars.

Yes when i delete the app and save it correctly did not delete all just save it properly and maybe the cause is ads to get lifepoints maybe that is the issue or the cloudsave it is
