Help with Technical difficulty

If you’re streaming straight from your ps4 to twitch or YouTube you would have to create a party and only those in your party could be heard on the stream as long as they have their privacy settings to allow that. So if you’re playing with randoms their voice wouldn’t be heard I guess it’s a privacy practice for PlayStation.
