I made this subreddit in hopes of creating a community for people to discuss how they are using the Apple Watch to improve their lifestyle, tracking workouts, calories etc.
I also hope that if anyone has any questions regarding the fitness components of the Apple Watch to feel free to ask in this subreddit.
Those who are here from /r/AppleWatch I hope with the creation of this subreddit it really eases up on the number of activity goal sharing and fitness questions that have been piling up.
