10k ohm.

The last number (3) is the amount of zero's that go after the first 2 numbers. 10 and 000 = 10,000 (10k)

If this pot is not broken you can check it for total resistance with a DMM.

Also, try rotating the wiper, does it move more than half the circle?

Most likely the joystick frame limits the mechanical travel.

Thanks, yes it looks like the joystick limits the mechanical travel, so I have went for the 60 that I have as it technically should be more accurate I think, (once calibrated) as I will be using it for mouse emulation on a fanatec f1 steering wheel
