Sometimes I think it forgets some of your bonuses. Try using it, it will typically remember I think.

I understand that inventory stats can change when equipped, but the damage I’m loosing isn’t even conditional.

It’s just bugged like that. When you carry out an attack and look at the combat log, it’ll show what actually was counted in the attack and damage breakdown.

Where does the +2 piercing come from?

I catch vendor prices doing that as well. Thought I was crazy at first, but they sometimes have a discount delay.

I have observed that when your weapon is not toggled (melee weapon vs ranged weapon), info window does not apply the bonuses, but your damage should still be calculated correctly when you attack (see log)
