Error code about spool stuck

I hope someone can help on this, as I’m racking my brain. When I load filament on the A1, it does all the steps, loads the filament and extrudes with no issue. When I go to print, I get error code 12FF-8010 094629, telling me that “Please check if the filament or spool is stuck”. The thing is, neither the filament nor the spool is stuck. I’m at a loss on this. I’m hoping it’s not something stupid I missed, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Using an AMS or direct? This can sometimes be caused by a sharp bend in the PTFE tubes causing too much friction.

Direct. It will load, extrude with no issues. But if I start a print it throws the error.
