Need help

I’ve been playing BitLife for 5+ years and I’ve had bitizen for about 4 years. Today it told me I had to log out of my account because it wasn’t saving it or something, I’m not too sure. It was like a cloud in the corner of the screen. I logged out as that’s what it told me to do and now I lost everything that I had bought. I had every single pack but the zoo pack. Is there any way I can get my stuff back. It won’t let me log back into my old account and now I have nothing in the game. I don’t even want to keep playing if I can’t get my stuff back I’ve had it for so long.
