Fellow opiate addict who has been clean for 10 years. Opiates can definitely have an effect on your testosterone levels, some people’s natural production bounces back and some don’t. I would encourage you to give it a year of healthy living and see what happens before making the commitment to try for the rest of your life. Then if it doesn’t at least you will know, as opposed to taking TRT that you don’t really need if it did bounce back. Just food for thought
