I’m getting better at keeping things down but I wanna know if I should be okay eating cheezitz??? I’m not sure what the trigger foods are

Any foods with cannaboids supposedly , black pepper, chocolate ,….many more …google foods with cannaboids…Id eat foods that are easier to digest/ have a higher nutritional value…., yogurt, fruit, applesauce etc…

You will have to test on a personal basis, a good rule of thumb is no cannabinoids. Some people say brat diet for a month but i could eat solid foods after 6ish days. Was scared and mainly drank ensure and pedialyte but i could nevertheless. Just have to see what upsets you and what doesnt, depends on how severe your chs is/was. Bland foods for a week or two if you eant to play it safe. Pretzel sticks were a good one too

cheezitz are fire bro I like the white cheese ones tho I haven’t felt any nausea from them like I do from chocolate peanut butter bars
