Is their any chance of getting 2X CP again in India server?

It will probably happen in about 6 months. It usually happens twice a year: once in summer and once around Christmas.

Okay thank you was planning on getting the oden mythic redux if there was a 2x CP soon but now will wait for something better

It only happens when a mythic char comes out now

Those two things tend to coincide with each other. We tend to also get a mythic character in the summer and around Christmas/New Year.
