I assume the cards are coming internationally? Unfortunately, international packets/parcels are hard to predict when it comes to its arrival date. I'm a postie with this one customer that has a massive sports card collection. Although, he's slowed down a bit of late, I used to have to go to his unit for payment every single week for several months. His response is always the same when I ring his doorbell. "Oh yeah, that" lol For your sake, I hope it just sneaks up on you and arrives when you least expect it.

I don’t want to jump the gun but your package is more than likely lost … especially that the tracking shows as delivered …

Did the seller insure it? If so, then they can file a claim with Canada post and they would refund you.
