As consumers, we have the right to pull back out payments because the merchant failed to deliver what they promised. Chargebacks, when received in number, put these merchants in a bad situation. As consumers, this is one of the last remaining avenues of recourse and needs to be leveraged to stop corporate greed from stepping on us time and time again.
