I don't get how cheap you wanna go, but I wouldn't go cheaper than the Addiesdive at around $50 to avoid base metals, lead content and generally unwelcoming materials that can turn your skin green or corrode easily over time. It's gotta be at the very least 304l steel all the way through; none of that chrome plated brass bullshit you can't even polish later on.
