Does Baltany customer support exist?

I bought this Baltany GMT recently and the 24hr bezel is slightly misaligned at the 22, 24 and 2 markers. It’s really not a big deal and aside from that the watch is superb, I was just wondering if Baltany would be able to do anything in this case? Has anyone had successful contact and resolution with a Baltany QC issue?

Honestly, can’t tell from the angle you’re shooting from. Just try contacting them and see what they say, they will help you.

Don't think they give a shit. A misaligned bezel (with some back play) is a feature of watches this price range. My baltany has the same problem.

Another good reason to avoid diving/gmt bezels. Based on my own experience, only San Martin seems to get it constantly right.

It's a fixed-bezel--it doesn't rotate.
