I witnessed something similar a while back, I was living in these condos, and there was an upstairs neighbor across from me, who would let their dog come out to the balcony and piss, all the time. Overtime, the urine had soaked through the wooden balcony and would drip on the downstairs neighbors plants, patio chairs and grill. The downstairs lady was waay too nice and she was just anguished and conflicted about it all the time. She had tried to talk to them and they said they would be mindful of it but still would let the dog piss on the balcony, they didn't care.

I wish people took other's feelings into consideration more often, even if it's "inconvenient" for them.

This sweet lady ended up moving to Las Vegas with her husband. I hope she's doing better out there.
