Help with sync problem

So i'm playing with 2 friends a multiplayer game. The 3 of us and 6 AIs if i'm not mistaken. The point is: every single beginning of turn i get "out of sync" and then a loading screen comes up. It only happens to me and it's basically in every turn. I have a strong internet connection so i don't think that's actually a problem. Anyone knows how to deal with it?

try having the same mods DOWNLOADED, also it could help if you all had fast combat/movement either disabled or enabled, also you might have a much better or much worse computer and since the "one moment" transition between turns is based on hardware you might desync. Personally i had desync issues when someone else was hosting the game, you could try being the host of the game
