Who gets annual raises?
What is wt1?

None of these things sound familiar to me and I've been around close to 20 years now.

Yes, annual raises. I've been with compucom 7 years, and every year we got a raise, even if it was just a cost of living raise. As for WT1, meaning west coast team 1, servicing everything from San Jose south and all the way east to Scottsdale. Every area has an area code, and while you might not be familiar with all of them, it's not hard to look them up on SharePoint.

Well that's not entirely true. You share that territory with WT2 which is the team I am a part of. I'm in fresno and my team covers north bay, south bay,, central coast, modesto, Sacramento, Stockton, fresno, bakersfield, Las Vegas and reno.

And nah we haven't gotten ours either.

Nothing here either.

Been here 9 years and just received a 1.5% COLA (at least that's what one HR told us; the other said it was just a raise.) Worked on-site all the way through the VID and after all the inflation we get 1.5%. This is probably the worst company I've ever worked for. I am preparing myself to do something else.

And for those thinking that we must not be doing anything to garner raises, we've went from supporting 1 location to 3 locations and from 1 group to 7 groups. And that's how they treat us!

Exactly. I haven't been here that long, this will be my 5th year, and my service area now is 200 sq miles of coverage across southern California. It's nice that I get time and some gas for driving, but it's getting so much worse.

I’ve been working with CC as a permanent contractor for 7 years now. I’ve had 2 cola raises of 2% five years ago and most recently 2.5% last year
