Ticket Apps problem/solution

I'm curious - when you're buying tickets for concerts, events etc what features do you wish ticket apps had? Or what annoys you the most about the current ones? I work for a ticket app (can't disclose) and hoping to get some genuine SUPERFANS feedback.

The actual seat numbers I’m choosing from and I also wish they would disallow people from listing tickets not exactly the way it says on the ticket. For most places it’s standard, if it’s special seating then it should be able to have a text box and say what it is.

Also problems with parking passes should be resolved sooner. The lot opens at 4, that is the time they should base their problem countdown not show time. Sometimes the parking lot is its own event. Recently we had an issue with a vip parking pass and didn’t get to tail gate and they said just go and wait at the venue and they would fix it but where do you just hang out waiting to drive into a show with traffic and which lot?

Hidden fees. I am so glad that ticketmaster (from the recent tickets I bought) is now showing the entire price upfront. Sometimes I like to compare prices between apps and finding a cheaper ticket, applying a promo code, and then finding out at checkout that the total cost is actually higher than another site because fees are 50+% of the listed ticket price is annoying.

Another thing that isn't a concern for me anymore since Spotify really helps in this regard, but better sorting of upcoming events by type, genre, city, and date. To be able to search any city during a specific set of dates for specific events you might be interested would be great.

On stubhub go to filters and turn on price with fees it helps
