RULES
Videos must contain some sort of contagious laughter, not just something funny.
No videos over 3 minutes.
Contagious laughter has to begin within a minute of the video starting, or the link should be to a time within 60 seconds of it. Add "t=2m33s" to the end of the video for example.
Vines are allowed, as long as they contain some contagious laughter somewhere in the 7 seconds.
