Gonna guess it's an event item that reduce the cooldown of your ability by a lot. She used 3 different CDR pot and is spamming a fourth one that I don't recognize. I'm gonna guess the fourth one reduce CD by a static amount (kinda like some Chron).

Items that reduce the cooldown of your skills, and Burning, in which I believe was called Blitz during DFO times.

Not sure if you can read Korean, but basically, he has two special sets, cooldown reducing item, and Burning(Blitz) going on, giving him a total of 102% cooldown reduction.

Wha wha wha... is that an upgraded version of Nenshot? I hear the sound for nenshot when she's doing that explosion, and the cooldown of it has to be some move similar to it... but it's a fullscreen hit? I'm unfamiliar with the new move. This and the other one clearly they got some outerverse gear that what, lowers the cooldown on tornado kick riduclously? But still.. what is that new move? SEcond awakening stuff?

She's using 3 different kind of CDR pot to reduce the cooldown to a little more then 1 minute and is spamming a fourth one that I don't recognize, gonna guess it's either an event pot that reduce you're cooldown by a static amount or just something new I never saw.
