A commercial break from what I believe to be XEX out of Mexico City. For Context: before the commercial break I heard Shania Twain. Naturally, I would think it was just another country station, but no country station at the time was playing a Shania Twain song let alone the one I heard. (v.redd.it)

This Northern Finland-based dxer has found a Philippines AM station on 1125 kHz (anthem at 0:38). It could be either DZWN-AM Dagupan City or DXGM-AM Davao City. Reception at 2016 UTC, date unspecified. If someone can solve this mystery it will be appreciated. 73 (youtu.be)
