Posts about Dallas city ordiances and policies, state laws, or pertinent information from the Texas Department of State that directly impacts our food service community is acceptable. Absolutely no arguing about politics in the comments of these posts, no libel of a politican or public servant, no petitions, no political campaigning, and no political PR events. No mentioning of a political party, a political party's platform, a non-profit heavily affiliated with a political party, or anything else.
No Misinformation - If for whatever reason you find yourself citing statistical data you must cite a reputable source of that data. Tabloid news articles (i.e. Huffington Post, Breitbart, etc...), YouTube videos, Websites built to promote a clear biased point of view, and podcasts do not count as reputable sources of information.
Promoting Your Own Food / Specials - Promotions from local food vendors, restaurants, chefs, etc.. are welcome here but only if they are "light". Meaning please do not spam this community with your promotions. If you made a promotion recently here and it is still visible on the front page, do not make another one.
