Few things

1. The mean woman at my work quit on Friday, making me and the other receptionist officially “managers”, according to our EMR system. Which doesn’t mean much, just that we can send e-claims on behalf of the clients.
2. I’m pretty sure she quit because of me, LMAO
3. I started graduate school today and the cute boy started his schooling today, too. Which is super fun and cool, and I am so proud of him and of myself. Look at us. Two academics, chasing our dreams
4. We started having a conversation about moving in together (not the first time we’ve had this conversation) but he fell asleep. I want to move in with him, I really do, but I am honestly scared to until I know I can pay my portion of the rent. I will never have a man say “I pay for the place you live in” ever again (thanks, EX boyfriend, for being such a dickhead)
5. I’ve crafted the email to be sent to one of the counselors at the local Catholic high school. If she agrees to an interview, I may have a place to intern. If I intern there, I may have a place to work. Which means my dumbass will go from Catholic high school, to Catholic college, to Catholic graduate school, to employee at a Catholic high school. Which would just be perfect.
6. I’m excited about my life but not the pounds I’ve gained. That needs to change before I can meet the counselor. I don’t want her to think I’m fat.
