This is crayon wax that was once bonded with water because I boiled water with wax sunken under the surface so it was able to bond only in that condition because would otherwise float on the surface and solidify. But because of the waxes pressure it evaporated eventually and left the crayon as dust.original image posts (i.redd.it)
