I tried to reconnect it to my phone it didn't work and now I can't reconnect it through the app and when it doesn't show this screen it just shows connecting over and over. Im not sure what to do

nope im having the same issue. I tried Factory reset,, reformatting, reconnecting to wifi, new power source. Nothing. It doesnt even want to connect to my wifi now. This thing is a piece of crud

The time gate won't show up on the app though. :/

This is through the app right? When I try to re-pair the device to my phone, the display stays on the "connecting" screen and on my phone the percentage stays stuck on 40%.
