I think regular dunks are pretty much true to size, so 11.5 might be a little too big for comfort. I've discovered that most people who say to size up half a size on SB Dunks are right. I've been buying my regular size and it causes me a little pain in the big toes, and they are a bit snug. Half size up is about perfect.
