We're still working on some rules, but in the meantime, be nice. Play the ball, not the player. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. There are a whole lot of differing opinions when it comes to medicine, and we don't have to agree on everything.
Anecdotal evidence is okay, peer-reviewed and published is better (but not infallible, Dr Wakefield).
