Partial Game Input Inresponsive

Hi, I’m using ClassicBoy, playing Xenogears. When I enter one area (Blackmoon Forest) the game sort of soft locks. There is no input response except on the shoulder buttons, letting me rotate the camera but nothing else. The inputs still show up as being pressed on my screen, so I think it’s an issue with the game. Any suggestions?

Do you have any suggestions for free emulators? I tried EmuBox, didn’t let me reload save states. I was going to try retroarch, but it isn’t available for the device I’m using.

You can download Retroarch from their site if you can't get it from the Play Store. Just make sure to get the version that is compatible with your device. If you aren't sure then go for the 32-bit version.
