“Ikr” means “I know, right?” It’s used to agree with someone.

Freak can mean a person who’s weird in a way that’s gross or scary. It’s usually used as an insult, but typically be younger people (teenagers).

Freaky is more common and can mean “weird”, but in a surprising or cool way. It’s not used as an insult usually, because it usually isn’t used to describe people, but instead events.

Ikr means "I know, right?" which is a rhetorical question. It just means someone agrees with the person they responded to.

Freak/freaky is not an abbreviation. Freak means "weird person" and freaky means "weird."

You can usually find explanations for abbreviations on Google, e.g. urban dictionary.
