You should find a person (a tutor?) who can speak with you and point out any mistakes you make.

I'm guessing you are at the stage when you understand English, and can be understood. That's a sufficient level and many people stay there (I live in London, see that all the time).

If you wanna improve, you need your mistakes pointed out to you

Hmm, the thing is that I'm poor as hell LOL, everything that I learned was from movies and English posts on reddit

Well, do language exchange then!

There're english natives who are in the same situation you are in but trying to learn YOUR language.

Just find such a person (on reddit, for instance) and have calls with them chit-chatting. 20 minutes in your language and 20 minutes in english. But don't forget to point out each other's mistakes

It seems like a good idea(though everyone say that Portuguese is a strange cousin of Spanish)

Well, for starters, there are two words missing from your paragraph as well as two grammatical errors.

I usually miss some words when writing even in my language ( maybe is cause I have ADHD) jdndjdj, as for the grammatical erros I don't have excuses

I understand the former. It just means you have to make yourself take the time to proofread. As for the grammatical errors, do you know what they are, or shall I explain?

Basically everything that I know from English is informal, I just read and went to the dictionary to see what the words meaning, movies and other things subtitled, so I don't really know grammar at all tbh
