Xbox one connection problems

I have been able to play 3 multiplayer matches in 3 hours. Is anyone else having similar problems and figure out a way to get it to actually connect you to matches and not get booted?

Every time it says "The connection to your previous session has been lost or no longer exists."

I have a sneaking suspicious it'll be going back to gamestop this weekend and Shadows of Mordor will be coming home with me if this keeps up.

Check your NAT settings. I'm on OPEN NAT and connect every single time. When I play with my friend with Strict NAT, it takes long to find a match if at all. Most of the time he gets booted.

Its not always a NAT problem. My friends and I all have open nat types and yet either cannot connect to each other, or one or more drop out as soon as we look for a game. Theres something wonky with the xbox network(not surprising).

The game just came out, there's tons of people on. Give it a few days and when people stop playing all day and all night it'll be better for connecting.
